I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and Massage Therapist in the UK, qualified at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and the North London School of Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy. Founder of Quill Vitality.
Nutritional Therapy is a discipline that integrates the knowledge of holistic medicine, naturopathy, and nutrition.
In 2011 I radically changed my diet by adopting the Plant-Based method.
This allowed me to experience a mental, physical, and ethical rebirth, transforming the way I nourish myself. After years of study and experimentation, I decided to turn my passion into a profession.
